EMMA, 117 years old in three centuries. The only living person born in the 19th century. Doyenne of humanity since May 12, 2016. Emma Martina Luigia Morano was born on November 29, 1899 in Civiasco (I), to Italian Giovanni Morano and Swiss Matilde Bresciani of Mendrisio, in the province of Vercelli, the eldest of eight children.

Pablo Nadir Yahnik Gianinazzi

Born in 1983 in Morges (VD) and raised in Lugano (TI). Awarded several times at the Swiss Press Photo. He worked as the only official photographer of the Giornale del Popolo, collaborating full time with the daily Corriere del Ticino. He was later hired as a photographer at the photo-journalistic agency Ti-Press, a Keystone-SDA partner, cooperating with various national and international newspapers.
