As a travel photographer, I'm particularly fascinated by the surfaces of our cities. Whether in Shanghai, Basel, or Berlin, buildings can be abstract works of art. While working on two travel books, the idea for the photo reportage "Swiss Facade" was born. It was a way to depict the surfaces of Swiss cities in aesthetically high-quality photographs that also meet the standards of an art exhibition.
