The Bundestag achieved the full publication of a redacted report on an administrative investigation into the Biel Social Services Directorate. A victory for the principle of public disclosure. The "Feurer case" gained national attention. The series of articles (commentaries, analyses) began in 2014 with the Bundestag's first announcement that an investigation was underway. A broad political debate ensued. The lead remains with the Bundestag to this day.
