Ab 1997 Ausbildung zum Fotografen in einem Studio für Werbefotografie und an der Schule für Gestaltung in Basel. Nach Absolvierung der Berufslehre im Jahre 2001 während etwa drei Jahren Assistenzen für diverse Fotografen im Mode- und People/Portraitbereich im In- und Ausland. Parallel dazu eigene Arbeiten. Ebenfalls seit 2001 regelmässige Arbeits- und Projektreisen nach Asien und in die USA. Seit 2004 selbständiger Fotograf. Arbeitet für diverse Magazine und kommerzielle Kunden mit den Schwerpunkten People, Portrait, Mode und Musik und verfolgt nebenbei intensiv seine künstlerischen Arbeiten und Langzeitprojekte. Hervorzuheben ist das Projekt „The Moment After the Show“, welches im In- und Ausland grossen medialen Anklang gefunden hat und in etwa 40 Presseberichten besprochen wurde. Diese Langzeitarbeit ist auch als Buch erschienen und wurde in mehreren Einzelausstellungen gezeigt.
