Asylum law experts have long suspected this: Judges of the Federal Administrative Court assess asylum seekers' appeals with varying degrees of severity depending on their party affiliation. The court is the final appeals authority for all asylum applications filed in Switzerland. We analyzed the rulings for the Tages-Anzeiger newspaper using a Python script.
