I wanted to address this 21st-century "illness" by creating a webdoc that offers a comprehensive approach to burnout (where is research on this topic, who is affected, what are employers doing, etc.). Through the testimonies of Vaudois residents, I also wanted to differentiate myself from existing publications on the subject by focusing on the path that leads to burnout.
