Enrico Portmann, former bailiff to five Federal Councillors (Flavio Cotti, Ruth Dreifuss, Pascal Couchepin, Didier Burkhalter, and Alain Berset), has been retired for ten years. Since then, he has traveled the world. He also enjoys life in Switzerland, as here at the August 1st celebration in 2022 at Marbachegg in Entlebuch.
