Because of the pandemic, I'm mostly at home because my husband is in the high-risk group, and so my perspective narrows and focuses on what's close, what's familiar. My own home as a resonating chamber for an outside world that manifests itself as light and shadow. The feeling of being trapped, the restlessness, the fear—these are paired with moments of hope and confidence.
