The former factory site in Zurich was occupied for ten years. Now, the police have cleared the Koch site with a large force. All residents and users of the area have moved out. All except Paludetto. He refuses to leave. We accompany him to his workshop despite the police tape, while dozens of construction workers have already begun demolition next door.
