1.18 million people in Switzerland are affected by poverty, more than a third of whom are senior citizens. Lotti is one of them. "Sometimes I say I'm widowed and my pension isn't enough, but most of the time I play the confused, the old woman, then they take pity on me and give me money," says Lotti, who begs from passersby twice a week. Otherwise, Lotti, 68, is invisible.
