Behind the scenes at the FC Sion gala dinner. The first part of my report takes place at the 3 Petits Cochons butcher shop in Fully, which is responsible for feeding the approximately 6,700 guests attending the gala. The second part of my report is, in a way, an overview of the situation at the CERM in Martigny.
