This research has been with me for several years: It concerns a sex offender who sexually assaulted a resident in a home for the disabled. He was exposed. Nevertheless, he was allowed to continue working at a Zurich school for years – even though the authorities knew who he was. After the publication of the latest research, Zurich City Councilor Filippo Leutenegger was forced to apologize.
