Every two years, Bern's Felsenau hydroelectric power plant is dewatered. The 500-meter-long tunnel and turbines are shut down. The entire facility is inspected for damage. This provides an exclusive insight into a world that is otherwise powered by 100 cubic meters of water per second. A VJ piece produced during the day for the 6:00 PM news on TeleBärn.
