Belgian Flor Bressers is considered one of Europe's most powerful criminals. He is alleged to have organized the smuggling of tons of cocaine. While on the run, he went into hiding in Zurich and lived a life of luxury until his arrest. We took a closer look at the case. And we asked ourselves: Who is this man? And what does this case reveal about the drug trafficking elite?

1982 in Männedorf geboren. Studium der allgemeinen Geschichte, Geographie und Ethnologie in Zürich. Abschluss 2010 mit einer Lizenziatsarbeit zur Naturdarstellung in historiografischen Quellen des 1.Kreuzzugs. Im Herbst 2010 Volontariat bei der Neuen Zürcher Zeitung im Ressort Zürich und Region. Anschliessend Mitarbeit im Reporterteam der NZZ. Im April 2011 Eintritt in die Nachrichtenredaktion der NZZ, daneben weiterhin Mitarbeit im Reporterteam. Seit Dezember 2013 Redaktor im Ressort Zürich und Region.
