This article was born from a meeting with Il Pimpa, an Italian clown who has been working in the Middle East's hottest areas for years, because he believes that bringing smiles to children living without a future can be the very beginning of that future. I spent the day with him: a workshop at an elementary school, dinner, and an evening conference for adults. He's an extraordinary character.
