The report from the Sonnweid Dementia Competence Center not only describes a day and a night spent oblivious. It is also a love story. Preliminary discussions, time, and patience were necessary to realize this report with Elisabeth and her husband Robert. Dementia is a taboo subject – this must change. At the Sonnweid in Wetzikon, the residents live in oblivion yet remain self-determined.
