In Somalia, virtually nothing works. The civil war and the Islamic terrorist militia Al Shabaab have devastated the country. One thing, however, works perfectly: the daily delivery of khat from Kenya. Khat, or miraah, is a drug to which 80 percent of Somalis are addicted.
