With this article, I continued the monitoring I have been conducting for three years on the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG). This allowed me to note serious dysfunctions within the institution. The publication of these articles led the Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Prosecutors to condemn Switzerland.
