Four years after an internal report warned of unequal employment terms amongst consultants hired at United Nations sites, Paula Dupraz-Dobias talks to staff and management at the organisation’s Swiss hub about hiring practices. And it's not just consultants hired for office jobs in Geneva who endure stressful conditions. Some field positions in insecure locations are also affected.

Paula was awarded the Prix Nicolas Bouvier 2018 for her in-depth reporting of International Geneva.
