It's never too late to start ballet.

Nicole Philipp

Madeleine Binggeli, a 76-year-old ballet teacher, enthusiastically teaches eight lessons a week at the Spiegel Ballet Studio in Köniz. Her focus isn't on achieving the splits, but rather on the joy of beautiful movement and artistic expression through music. She also believes that it improves body tension and exercises all the muscles.
