Marion Bernet wurde 1988 in Biel geboren. 2012 schliesst sie ihre Ausbildung zur diplomierten Fotodesignerin in Zürich ab und stellt ein Jahr später beim Fotopreis des Kantons Bern ihre Arbeit «Richtstätten» in der Hauptstadt aus. Mit der Portraitarbeit «Frau Burri» wird sie 2014 Finalistin beim VFG-Nachwuchsförderpreis. Sie lebt in Bern und arbeitet seit 2013 als freischaffende Fotografin.
