I decided to look into the issue of illiteracy after the publication of a press release from the Lire et Écrire Association. When I called them, I quickly realized that a quick response wasn't enough, and I decided to detail my interviews, taking into account the opinions of various stakeholders: from trainers to people experiencing illiteracy.
