24heures devoted a series of investigations and articles to the Pontaise, the last forgotten vestige of the 1954 World Cup stadiums in Switzerland. Everyone thought the "concrete coliseum" was doomed. We reconstructed the case and demonstrated that nothing had actually confirmed the demolition. Since then, Lausanne has suddenly changed its mind and is promising to redevelop the site, which has become unique in Europe.
