After discussions with sports physicians and psychiatrists, as well as preliminary discussions spanning several weeks, two synchronized swimmers and a figure skater are, for the first time, willing to report on pain and verbal abuse during training. They describe their path to anorexia and the complicity of their coaches, who also have their say.
