Pro Senectute Switzerland estimates that around 18 percent of pensioners in Switzerland are affected by poverty. That's 300,000 people. Many of them are ashamed of it and don't speak out about their hardship, or do so only hesitantly. The woman portrayed here is one of them.

Fabienne Andreoli

Fabienne Andreoli wurde in Zürich geboren. Nach dem Abschluss des Bachelors in Psychologie an der Uni Zürich, schloss sie das Filmstudium an der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste ab. Nach dem Studium arbeitete sie beim Tagesanzeiger als Pressefotografin. Seit 2019 ist sie beim Schweizer Fernsehen tätig und arbeitet nebenbei als freie Fotografin.
