When the Catholic priest of Brigels (GR) announced this summer that he was stepping down as a priest and getting married, the whole of Switzerland was once again talking about celibacy. I wondered what it was really like to be the secret wife of a priest. What this life in the shadows of society feels like. I sought out people who had been affected. The hardest part was gaining these women's trust.
