During the coronavirus crisis, European countries decided to close their borders, including Switzerland and Germany. The border between Kreuzlingen and Konstanz is normally barely noticeable. To maintain social distancing, the authorities erected a double border fence, separating couples, families, and friends. Despite the circumstances, these couples continued to meet at the fence.
