Tactilos, lottery-style slot machines found in 350 bistros in French-speaking Switzerland, are an addiction bomb, according to experts. These devices have been wreaking havoc for 20 years, with complete impunity. Indeed, unlike casinos or online gambling, problem gamblers are not excluded.
