Vincent Trottet, who has Down syndrome, is one of 51 people in Vaud with a mental disability who, with the support of Pro Infirmis, work in a company. I have developed this topic into a video and an article. The video shows Vincent at his job at Starbucks in Lausanne, and the article explores the political issues surrounding the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace.

Actuellement en charge des vidéos pour le quotidien vaudois 24 heures, je suis devenue journaliste pour pouvoir raconter les trajectoires de gens extraordinaires rencontrés. J'ai d'abord travaillé en tant que conceptrice multimédia alors que les quotidiens romands commençaient à peine à se doter d'un site Internet, à la fin des années 1990. Une première expérience qui m'a donné le goût pour le métier de journaliste. Après avoir fait mes gammes en tant que rédactrice au sein de l'agence Largenetwork à Genève, j'ai travaillé de nombreuses années pour le quotidien Le Temps. Tout en écrivant, j'ai continué à me former à la narration audiovisuelle, notamment à USC (University of Southern California) à Los Angeles. Je me concentre aujourd'hui, au sein de la rédaction de 24 heures, sur les témoignages au niveau local.
