After recent heavy rain falls this lady and her child were forced to cross the busy main road... what am I saying? With a push-chair she would have to do this anyway as the subway has no ramps. The local council wash their hands of the problem as the road is a county road - and the county says there insufficient people who need a pedestrian crossing...
