A year ago, an SBB train conductor was trapped by a train door and dragged to his death. K-Tipp research using internal documents shows that since then, 35 passengers and one SBB employee have been injured due to door defects. The problem is more serious than previously realized: Accidents occur not only in older single-decker carriages, but also on S-Bahn trains.
