Félicien Kabuga was one of the world's most wanted criminals. He is considered a financier of the Rwandan genocide. Kabuga was on the run for 26 years. One reason for this was Switzerland. They could have arrested him in 1994. Why was the alleged genocide perpetrator allowed to go free? A story about the opaque closeness between a federal official and the Kabuga family, mishaps, and turning a blind eye.
