On the heights of the village of Tramelan (BE) lies the Ranch de la Bise de Cortébert, a farm where the world of cowboys has made its place over the years to become a way of life. Yves Hirschy was immersed in westerns from his earliest childhood, spent in this very place, and he now manages the estate with his wife Cynthia and their three children.
