Yuri Garawski arrived in Switzerland as a refugee from Belarus in the trunk of a car and applied for asylum here. He claims to have been involved in the murder of political opponents in the late 1990s. The murders were ordered by the incumbent Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. I met Garawski and photographed him.
