Gefühlt alle Journalist:innen haben einen akademischen Hintergrund. Ich habe das KV gemacht. Und dann keinen einzigen Tag darauf gearbeitet. Noch während der Lehre gründete ich das erste Bieler Internetradio. Nach der Berufsmatura ging es zu Radio KanalK, Canal3 und später Energy. Dann Diplomlehrgang am Maz Luzern. Später schlug ich mich als freier Journalist durch. Dabei schrieb ich hauptsächlich für den Beobachter und die NZZ am Sonntag. 2018 (zehn Jahre nach dem Start bei Canal3) lockte wieder eine Festanstellung beim Radio: Produzent bei Radio SRF 4 News. Danach Wechsel zum SRF Regionaljournal Bern Freiburg Wallis. Später Wechsel zum SRF-Podcast «Input» und zum SRF-Reportageformat «rec.»
