Since the 1980s, many Swiss farmers have married women from Mauritius. Often viewed negatively, these unions have suffered from persistent stereotypes, notably reflected in the famous Temps présent report "Romands d'amour," released in 1984. Nearly forty years later, couples from Fribourg have agreed to share their experiences.
