This photo was taken in 2003 at the disused Malley slaughterhouse. Since 2000, I have been working on a visual investigation of slaughter entitled "non-lieu," of which this photo is a part. "Non-lieu" reflects my intimate and personal experiences with death and loss, both human and animal.

Je travaille et vis actuellement avec ma famille à Lausanne. En 2002, j’ai obtenu un diplôme en photographie de l'École supérieure d'arts appliqués de Vevey (CEPV). Rédactrice photo et directrice créative pour divers magazines suisses ainsi que studio mc² pendant 18 ans, j’ai souhaité retrouver ma place derrière l’objectif de mon appareil de photo. Depuis 2018, je travaille comme photographe documentaire. L'être humain confronté aux changements qui peuvent survenir dans la vie et à son identité et l’environnement bâti et industriel tout au long de son cycle de vie: voilà ce qui me passionne dans l’exercice de mon métier.
