This is a portrait of an artist/performer I greatly admire for the courage she demonstrates in expressing concepts that challenge the notion of "norm." By giving voice to her artistic universe, seeking to explore its intentions in connection with issues of gender and the "standards" they imply, I wanted to highlight the scope of her creations far beyond the stage.

Giornalista culturale, Nyon, 1980

Dopo essermi laureata in Lettere: storia ed estetica del cinema, giornalismo e letteratura spagnola all'università di Losanna mi sono formata in quanto arte/danza terapeuta all'istituto L'atelier di Ginevra. Ho lavorato nel campo culturale: cinematografico (programmazione e comitato di selezione in differenti festival internazionali quali il Geneva Film Festival e il Short Film Festival di Bruxelles), delle arti della scena e dell'arte contemporanea (assistente di galleria per la Galerie Michael Janssen e DUVE di Berlino, performer e dramamturga per artisti quali Camilla Sparksss e Robbing Millions). Oltre a ciò, lavoro in quanto giornalista indipendente specializzata nel campo artistico e culturale con un interesse particolare per le questioni di genere e l'inclusività. Collaboro regolarmente con il settimanale ticinese Azione e con il portale dedicato al cinema europeo Cineuropa.
