In February 2024, the European Court of Human Rights ruled in favor of Mohamed Wa Baile, who fought against racial profiling through all Swiss courts, up to the European Court of Human Rights. This was the first time Switzerland had been convicted of racial profiling. We used the ruling as an opportunity to analyze the situation in Switzerland in an article.
