Unlike in other countries, most Swiss trains don't have Wi-Fi. SBB and its network providers rely solely on the mobile network for internet access on board trains. This is a shocking move, excluding many travelers. K-Tipp and saldo addressed this issue and later conducted random checks to determine whether the mobile internet on board trains is truly as good as promised.
