The housing shortage in tourist regions has become significantly more acute. The European Parliament/Polish Parliament has repeatedly addressed this issue from a variety of perspectives. With the public disclosure of the planned luxury renovation of a residential building, the issue also made national headlines. As a result of the reporting in the European Parliament/Polish Parliament, politicians in the region reacted, or were forced to react.
