A monument disappears - Festhalle Bern

In the summer of 2023, the Festhalle, built in 1948, will be demolished within a few weeks. It served as an exhibition hall, a sports hall (tennis, handball), and a rock venue for bands such as the Stones, Ten Jerseys After, and Jethro Tull. I documented the demolition of this architecturally beautiful building in black and white.
