On June 30, 2024, the Rhône River overflowed its banks in Sierre/Chippis, causing massive damage. This story chronicles all of this. Unfortunately, our studio in Sierre also flooded. Therefore, I recorded the audio track in my IT manager's office a few hours later. The story shows the exact moment the water first overflowed. We were the only journalists on site.
