Marco Cortesi, nato nel 1981, è un fotografo documentarista e fotoreporter svizzero con sede a Lugano, Svizzera. Laureato in Geografia Umana a Milano (Italia). Ha frequentato corsi presso l'International Center of Photography (ICP) a New York City e workshop e masterclass tenuti da fotografi di rinomate agenzie come Magnum e VII. È fondatore e direttore di LuganoPhotoDays, un festival internazionale di fotografia, dal 2012.
