In spring 2024, Parliament debated a tax law designed to provide relief for shipping companies. REFLEKT, using the Freedom of Information Act, analyzed hundreds of pages of internal administrative documents and traced the extent to which the government was influenced by the world's largest shipping company, Geneva-based MSC, in drafting the law.
