Following the escape of ten youths from Pramont in February, tongues are loosening. A dozen witnesses reveal the extent of the lack of resources at the only closed educational center in French-speaking Switzerland. Our investigation, illustrated by our cartoonist Pascal Claivaz, sheds light on these dysfunctions and the very difficult situation of the institution's employees.
