On a farm in Ramiswil, Solothurn, around 120 dogs and several dozen horses were found in a deplorable state. Over 100 dogs had to be euthanized on site. Investigations reveal that the animal owner, MB, was known to several law enforcement agencies. But why wasn't MB stopped earlier, and who knew about the abuses?
