Cette année, l'artiste John Arnold a collaboré avec le chef Fabian Spiquel sur le projet « Imbissy » à Manifesta à Zurich. Ils ont approvisionné les stands de restauration zurichois en en-cas préparés par la cuisine étoilée de Fabian Spiquel.
