Il Dott. Michael J. Keller, MD, è l'unico dentista svizzero in viaggio. Si reca nelle valli remote della regione di Unnern a bordo del suo furgone VW e cura i suoi pazienti, per lo più bisognosi, direttamente a casa loro.
