Da metà novembre a metà gennaio, la traiettoria del sole è tale che alle ore 14.00 scompare dietro la cima del Niesen. Si verifica uno spettacolo naturale unico: la montagna proietta un'ombra perfettamente piramidale sul villaggio di Spiez.

Stefan Wermuth

In 1994 I started to work as a photographer in a commercial studio in Bern, Switzerland and visited the school of art Bern. After 8 years of studio work and lots of traveling I changed to press photography in 2002 and got a part time job at a local newspaper and had assignments as a freelance photographer for several national newspapers and a sport agency. In 2004 I joined Reuters Switzerland and got 2 years later a staff job. From 2009 till summer 2017 I was a Reuters staff photographer based in London, covering sports, news, features and entertainment. Since September 2017 i am working as a self employed photographer based in Bern, Switzerland.
